It is an Excel tool you can use to think about how you make decisions – it is not actually for making decisions, but for thinking about how you do that. But you’ll understand that if you read the post.
Now the Excel tool is all very well, but it lacks a little flexibility. As such, I have built a little web app that works the same way. You can have a play with it here:
