Sorry you are fighting the insomnia bug too - it is not easy, and sometimes the pain gets lost behind a screen of macho-like &quot;I don&#039;t need sleep&quot;. It&#039;s 3 am and I can&#039;t sleep. It&#039;s true that  necessity is the father of all inventions. I am  online searching various techniques on how to fall asleep and stay asleep. Sadly I am aware that techno apps usually prevents us from sleeping .  I am wondering how can I stay asleep?  I am on a regular basis a person that can&#039;t sleep through the night. And at 3 am everything seems so clear and crisp in my mind, which I believe is the reason for my prolonged insomnia.  I am going to attempt the visual imagination techniques. The planning and testing yourself  are the coping strategies I will do. Wish me luck!!</description>

I agree with you about not going to bed until you are actually tired! However, I have a habit of waking up and seeing 2am on the clock and being unable to get back off again! For some people this is an occasional inconvenience - for other people I know, this is something which make life pretty hard work.
